We source our fresh produce from local businesses, employ local staff, donate food to charities and support nearby schools and sporting clubs. We take our paddock to plate seriously and proudly serve the highest quality free-range chicken. Seasoned in our own special blend of herbs and spices, the chicken is rested for 24 hours and flame roasted. Infused perfectly, the result is the most flavoursome taste only Chicken Central can offer!

We are a proud 100% family run business right here in Melbourne, a city renowned for its food scene. Our goal has always been to offer the most delicious free range chicken burgers. But don’t just take our word for it. We’ve been given the tick of approval from George Calombaris who heads to Chicken Central for “great roast chicken” and by The Herald Sun, mentioning our humble chicken shops as one of the best chicken burger joints in town!
